Can Coaching Help Me? As an Executive, Senior Manager or Professional you are likely to have encountered coaching in your workplace. Have you have ever considered how you could benefit from coaching privately, outside and beyond the organisation’s agenda?
Our executive coaching can be delivered privately on topics, issues or concerns completely independently of your firm. For many clients this concerns career development, changing directions, managing conflicts at work, increasing personal effectiveness or confidence, personal relationships, life realignment and balance.
Executive Coaching is delivered by senior coaches with extensive experience in the corporate environment and with experience of working with people in senior roles - typically at Main Board Director and senior Vice President levels.
How Does it work? Using techniques developed in the worlds of sport, performance and business, executive coaching extends the power of the individual to improve their focus, creativity and achievement. Our principal works with colleagues who include an Olympic sports coach and silver medalist and Director of Coaching in a major consultancy. This synergy of performance coaching in the worlds of sports and business provides a useful enhancement to Executive Coaching.
Importantly, coaching is a non-directive process which doesn’t rely on telling people what they should do, or how to behave. By contrast, the process stimulates your own clarity over your key objectives, and amplifies your own creativity in developing new options and solutions, harnessing your personal power, drive and energy. A coach will push and probe your ideas, provide alternative perspectives and different frameworks, which results in your finding new possibilities, evaluating and selecting best options and planning your best way forward ..... Fast. Plus, a professional coach will build on your own motivation, to support growth and keep you focused ensuring your commitment high and you achieve your desired results.
Private executive programmes are delivered by our corporate specialists, normally through telecoaching rather than face to face sessions, in order to maximise flexibility and time utilisation to maintain cost efficiency.
